Experimental Bookmaking - Waffle

Print, Rubber, Photoshop, Photogrammetry

This book-making project, completed during my undergraduate studies, explores sneakerhead culture and seeks to innovate in the realm of bookbinding. The cover of the book is crafted using recycled sneaker soles as a mold for rubber, with the aim of providing a tactile experience reminiscent of holding a pair of shoes. The book is secured with laces on the side, further emphasizing the shoe theme. This project represents a personal, experimental approach to bookmaking.
